Simon's got a nasty bug at the moment, so I'm learning what single motherhood would be like. Tough, I tell you. Not having someone to take over for a few minutes (or a few hours) will make me appreciate it all the more when he can help again, I tell myself, but in the meantime it is pretty relentless. And added to that I woke up with a sore throat myself this morning, so I hope not to be coming down with it. Fingers crossed.
At least the weather has been lovely, yesterday Eliza had some sun-kicks and tried out her sun hat from Grandma Nancy. Pretty cute.
